The consultancy, Langebæk Consulting AS, is currently implementing organizational changes. Lead Consultant, Heidi Bergsveen, will assume the role of CEO, succeeding Martin Schultz. This transition will be finalized on May 1, 2025
With over 45 years of experience in the field, Langebæk now continues its Norwegian market activities under the leadership of a new, yet familiar face.
Heidi has already taken over daily management for the Norwegian team and operations. The coming months will focus on finalizing the transition and handover from Martin Schultz, who has been lead with the branch since its opening in the summer of 2021.
Heidi has +25 years of experience in the logistics industry. Her contributions to Langebæk include expertise in project management, transport, and logistics. She is a recognized networker in Norwegian logistics circles and serves as the Chair of the Board in Logistikkforeningen.

Heidi has been with Langebæk for the past year as Lead Consultant, and prior to that, she was affiliated as Associate Consultant. She will continue to work from the office in Helsfyr, located in the sustainable office hotel, Valle Wood, while spending a significant part of her workday on-site with clients.
