Langebæk is pleased to announce the promotion of Lars Dam Kristensen from Director, Finance & Administration, to Partner, CFO. The appointment reflects Langebæk’s continued professional development and the strengthening of its organisational and operational foundation.
Lars joined Langebæk in February 2008 and has, over more than 18 years, played a central role in the company’s professionalisation. His contribution has extended beyond logistics consulting into financial management, internal processes, governance and organisational structures – forming much of the framework under which Langebæk operates today
As Director, Lars has been responsible for financial management, strategic planning and internal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, risk management and people development strategy. His work has been instrumental in building scalable and robust internal processes that support Langebæk’s current size and future growth.
Originally trained as a project manager, Lars also brings solid experience from client-facing roles earlier in his career. His work has focused on developing business-oriented management tools and decision frameworks tailored to real operational needs acting as a bridge between strategy, finance and operational execution.

The partner group now consists of Peter Gyldendal, Lars Bek Jensen, Christoph Ohly, Anders Bartholin, Peter Landenberg, and Lars Dam Kristensen. The extended management group further includes Martin Schultz, Rudi Kjeldsen, Morten Badsberg, Peter Lamp Sørensen, Heidi Bergsveen, Anna Olsén, and Magnus Schultz.
