Langebæk A/S is undertaking a planned leadership transition as the company's CEO, Peter Gyldendal, has decided to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer. As part of the transition, Langebæk is establishing a new CEO team consisting of Anders Bartholin as CEO, Operations, and Lars Bek Jensen as CEO, Commercial. The transition comes at a time when Langebæk is performing strongly and is well positioned for the next phase of its development.
A Strong Foundation for the Next Chapter
Peter Gyldendal has served as CEO since 2005 and has, in recent years, focused on strengthening the organisation and laying the foundations for Langebæk's future growth. With the company in a strong position, he believes that the time is right for a well-planned leadership transition. Peter Midtgaard, Chairman of the Board at Langebæk, says:
