Langebæk sets a New Footprint in Norway

The Danish consultancy firm, Langebæk A/S, is now realising its ambition to establish a physical presence with an office in Norway. In front of the Norwegian division are a couple of Langebæk profiles with many years of Scandinavian experience in logistics and supply chain

Expansion into a Familiar Market Area

Led by Managing Consultant and Daily Manager, Martin Schultz, with assistance from Consultant, Jeppe Petersen, the Norwegian Langebæk office was officially opened this summer. Thus, the logistics experts are now leaving their permanent footprint in Norway after years of carrying out projects for Norwegian clients.

Martin Schultz explains: – ‘Langebæk has been advising Norwegian clients for many years, including Tine, Dahl, Diplom Is, Europris, Hennig Olsen Is, Coop, Mestergruppen, Vectura, Ringnes, Kitron, and others. With the establishment of a Norwegian office, we can now better support our Norwegian clients and be closer to the projects during implementation.’

Regarding the background for the establishment, he adds: – ‘Logistics is growing. In recent years, we have seen an increasing need for rethinking the value chain across industries. More and more companies are seeking solutions within the implementation of new facilities, automation, and processes.’

 

Exceptional Logistics Solutions and Synergies in Scandinavia

With the expansion into Norway, a wish has now become a reality for Langebæk. Martin Schultz explains: – ‘Since we established our office in Sweden in 2017, we have seen the synergies of being represented across national borders. It is much easier to help strengthen our clients' competitiveness and realise exceptional logistics solutions with strong Scandinavian experience and expertise available,’ says Martin Schultz.

The synergies are now further strengthened with three physical locations in Scandinavia, and the plan is also to expand the team.

– ‘Now, we have an exciting task ahead of us to integrate our Langebæk DNA and culture into our new location, and to bridge the gap between our offices. We are very pleased with the expansion and the opportunity to offer local expertise in Norway – eventually also with Norwegian colleagues, just as we have Swedish colleagues employed in Sweden,’ concludes an optimistic Martin Schultz.
